study... or not?

I need to study.. so here I am writing.

I had tapas (not 'topless' as a couple people have misheard on the phone) on Wednesday night with Carolyn and Anso (her roommate) at a great place beside El Tigre, so I went back there last night with Henrietta, Eddie, and Danny, great fun. Then last night a friend from Valencia called saying that he's coming to Madrid today and that we should get together.. so at 6 I'm going back to that place with him and his girlfriend. Man, I think this bar should give some sort of publicity prize.

My final is next Monday.. so I guess I have about 9 days to study.. but i'm going to Austria this weekend.. so that cuts out about 4 days. AHH i'm nervous. I hate this part-- the actual doing work part. Not very enjoyable. I'm going to be SOOO relieved when it's over! Sounds like an after-final celebration is coming up soon.

Not much else is going on right now.. studies, i got my hair cut, english classes, heading to barcelona tonight to catch the plane tomorrow, OH! and Viggo Mortensen is staying in Henrietta's hotel right now. How crazy is that?! He's the actor that played Aragorn in Lord of the Rings, as well as Hidalgo in.. .Hidalgo. Those are the only two i can think of at the moment, but he's like a George Clooney to me.. yes he's old, but still lookin' good! Haha. Maybe I'll start "visiting Henrietta" at work at lot for a while.

I love it here, and REALLY looking forward to the rest of this month, but I'm definitely excited to go home!! A lot of things are going on at home, some of which might seem like small things if I were there, but I want to be there for them!! I called home last night. . well we talked on skype, so it was free.. and I got pangs like crazy listening to all the commotion that i was missing. I heard everyone laughing in the kitchen and little bits of a story Erin was telling (she just got back from Europe on a trip with her friend), and then I heard Erin coaching Flint on how to do cartwheels. Jason, Britt and the boys, Craig and Brooke, Mom and Dad, Erin and Tyler and Lucas were all there. I LOVE having a big family! just makes it harder when I'm gone ;)
